Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 0-3 years of experience in Residential & commercial real estate operations
  • Knowledge of loans, bonds, loan syndication preferred
  • Knowledge of investment strategies like Direct Lending, Mezzanine, CLOs and Asset backed Financing preferred
  • Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization and/or Private Equity preferred
  • Strong communication skills and email writing skills
  • Ability to manage numerous requests and tasks on a daily basis and track/respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Systems/ Tools/ Applications knowledge: Advent Geneva, ClearPar, Markit, Allvue aka Everest, Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Operate independently to develop and execute procedures for tracking portfolio investments in multibillion dollar funds
  • Work across multiple groups to troubleshoot technical and accounting problems
  • Hands on experience with asset servicing, processing principal activities like Drawdown, Paydown
  • Reconcile cash and positions across all funds
  • Processing upcoming activities, contract modifications as per the agent notices
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, consistency and accuracy standards
  • Liaise closely with global counterparts to resolve all queries on a day-to-day basis
  • Work with third-party agent banks and custodians
  • Improve processes and liaise with stakeholders
  • Interact with the team and the managers from global teams on a regular basis to understand their requirements, reporting needs and possible bottlenecks
  • Act as a point of escalation for all queries
  • Manage Process Metrics, KPIs, other dashboards at regular frequency, as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Bermuda markets and/or Bermuda reinsurance markets would be a plus
  • Experience with data lineage and data quality would be a plus
  • Experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) would be a plus
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies would be a plus
  • Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., K-1s, 1099s) would be a plus
  • Experience with blockchain or fintech capabilities would be a plus

KKR's Global Atlantic secures $3B credit facility for growth and liquidity

Global Atlantic, KKR's insurance unit, has secured a new $3 billion unsecured revolving credit facility, expandable to $3.5 billion. The 364-day agreement, led by Wells Fargo Bank, will fund working capital, general corporate purposes and growth initiatives. The facility, which matures on 15 January 2027, features SOFR- or base rate-linked interest with ratings-based margins and commitment fees on unused amounts. It includes guarantees from parent entities and standard financial covenants imposing leverage and net worth requirements. The credit agreement, entered on 16 January 2026 by Global Atlantic Limited (Delaware), Global Atlantic (Fin) Company and certain insurance subsidiaries, strengthens the group's liquidity profile whilst imposing customary restrictions and default rights for creditors and stakeholders. The facility is extendable with lender consent.
