  • 8+ years of service delivery / operations experience
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Comfortable making decisions in situations of ambiguity
  • Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
  • Detailed knowledge data best practices
  • Significant process management experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to a rapidly changing priority list
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary

  • B.A. or B.S. required, or equivalent relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage the health of overall book of clients to deliver outstanding client retention and satisfaction
  • Hire and equip great people that reflect our core values
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve individual, team, & company goals
  • Coach and develop junior people leaders
  • Forecast and manage staffing levels and associated expenses
  • Continuously refine and improve operations practices
  • Lead governance on overall client lines of business while ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Build a relationship with internal customers via ongoing governance and personal discussions with full portfolio of clients and peers
  • Coordinate with bswift teams to coordinate solutions and seamless delivery
  • Assist in product development & quality assurance efforts as required
  • Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed
  • Manage implementation risks and deliverables
  • Lead remediation efforts as required and be the point of contact for clients seeking to engage with senior management
  • Recruiting, hiring and training talent to position bswift for success
  • Give regular feedback for growth and development
  • Hold team accountable for results, quality and timeliness
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality
  • Develop rapport through regular 1:1s
  • Manage performance against KPIs, feedback from internal and external customers
  • Remove roadblocks and advocate for direct reports
