  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger's consumer products and services
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates
  • Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, case studies, and other assets to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ledger's consumer products
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, influencers, and industry associations, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the crypto community
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
