The Role:
Minted is seeking a dynamic marketer to accelerate new customer awareness and acquisition via Influencer Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a new marketer to help drive performance throughout Minted’s influencer program and beyond.
This is a six month contract role with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs.

You Will:
- Support recruitment, activation, and management of Minted influencer partners
- Build strategies to scale influencer relationships and impact, such as helping manage the Influencer campaign calendar (aligned with company campaign calendar), ambassador program, partners and tools for recruitment, contracting, monitoring, and management.
- Oversee day-to-day duties for influencer program fulfillment including managing influencer communications, ensuring seamless brand experience, and more
- Be the resident Dash Hudson (social media & influencer tool) expert
- Assist with the building of influencer briefs and line sheets
- Collaborate with category product marketing, creative, and brand teams to align on key messaging and product focus
- Engage our most valuable influencer relationships in a meaningful way that drives results
- Compile and ensure timely completion of weekly reporting, campaign hindsights, status calls, and note taking when needed
- Identify opportunities across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Blogs, LTK).
- Collaborate with teams to continuously assess and optimize influencer marketing efforts to ensure performance of the channel
- Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends and add to educational weekly internal newsletter

You Have:
- 1-3 years of influencer, affiliate or general marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with influencers a plus

Full vaccination is required for anyone working from a Minted office. In addition, beginning April 21, 2022, a booster shot is also required.
