Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support for Drivers with Shipt at a Target Sortation Center
  • Liaison between the Target Sortation Center operations team and Drivers with Shipt
  • Triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to Shipt leadership and/or Target partners on-site
  • Support new processes, product launches, and pilot tests
  • Promote a safe working environment at the Sortation Center
  • Monitor delivery performance and operational results to drive healthy operational and financial results
  • Partner with leaders to develop countermeasures for defects within the market
