Job Title: User Research Intern
Location: Cupertino
Job type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Intended Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Your Role:
- Assist in designing and executing user research projects, including surveys, focus groups, user interviews, etc.
- Collect, organize, and analyze user data to generate valuable insights reports.
- Assist in conducting user experience testing, gathering user feedback, and identifying issues and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the product, design, and marketing teams to provide user research support, helping to formulate product strategies and design decisions.
- Participate in market trends and competitive analysis, providing insights on user needs and preferences.
- Assist in writing and presenting research reports, ensuring research findings are effectively communicated to relevant teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, able to clearly convey research findings and recommendations; overseas background is preferred.
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in psychology, anthropology, sociology, marketing, user experience design, or a related field.
- Research Skills: Knowledge of basic qualitative and quantitative research methods, able to design and execute user research.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, able to extract valuable information from data.
- Teamwork: Good team spirit, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiar with user research-related tools and software, such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, SPSS, Excel, etc.
- Passion about Education: Strong interest in educational products and user behavior, understanding of the dynamics and trends in the education market.
