As a Claims Associate, you will work to maximize financial recoveries for the company. You will ensure that insurance companies pay us and our customers, promptly and accurately. This will require cross functional collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to support them in achieving maximum recovery following auto accidents.
Collaborate with recovery to investigate and resolve complex impound, legal, and other similar situations.
Provide relevant information and documentation to insurance companies to ensure efficient processing of claims.
Follow up with insurance companies to check on status of claims and trouble shoot any hold ups in their processing.
Drive excellence in operational processing.

Requirements

Detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Spanish or Portuguese language is a plus but not requirement.
Background in insurance industry is not required.
