Requirements
  • An exceptional track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing top engineering talent
  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in-house preferred
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
Responsibilities
  • Bring top talent to AeroVect in a highly competitive market
  • Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders and engineering leaders to collaborate on hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Develop and deploy innovative recruiting techniques and processes to secure interest from prospective candidates (e.g. events, marketing, etc.)
  • Perform administrative duties necessary to support an active and intensive full-cycle recruiting process (e.g. scheduling calls and interviews, providing background information and materials, etc.)
