What You’ll Do

• Tax Consulting & Compliance:
• Deliver expert-level tax consulting and planning for personal and business clients.          
• Oversee comprehensive tax compliance, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimizing outcomes.           
• Business Development:
• Cultivate relationships with key referral sources to develop new alliance partnerships.              
• Promote the firm’s services through strategic marketing efforts.               
• Client & Partner Relations:
• Implement a high-touch, proactive approach to client and alliance partner relationships.       
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talented professionals.            
• Foster a culture of development and collaboration within the team.           
• Operational Excellence:
• Develop, document, and maintain efficient organizational systems.             
• Manage revenue and expenses to maximize profitability and long-term success.
