Responsibilities
  • Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.
  • Assist in managing daily operations of cement quarry operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in special projects that vary in scope and size, working alongside some of the industry’s best and brightest managers.
  • Learn all aspects of managing a quarry in the cement business, including Mine Planning, Operations Optimization, Quality Control, Sales, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment, Safety, and more.
