Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Service Desk, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of IT support requests.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Service Desk operations.
  • Monitor Service Desk performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the Service Desk team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Infrastructure & Systems team.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of critical IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage the implementation, operation and maintenance of digital systems, including servers, storage systems, networking devices, and databases.
  • Manage the procurement and installation of datacenter equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to datacenter infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement the strategy for Service Desk and Infrastructure & Systems, aligning both departments with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to support business growth and innovation.
  • Manage the budget for Service Desk and Infrastructure & Systems and allocate resources effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Encourage professional development and continuous learning.
