Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes and operations across all areas of employee lifecycle management in a global workforce environment
  • Working knowledge and experience with HR systems, preferably including Workday and Greenhouse
  • Experience in a SaaS organization is highly preferred
  • Strong executive presence and business partnering skills, including a proven track record to act as a thought partner and influencer to senior PX leaders
  • Experience enabling operational process consistency and automation in a controlled environment - especially across multiple data sources to translate results into business insights and operational actions
  • The ability to balance transactional operations with strategic projects
  • Prior experience managing people, talent acquisition, employee engagement/development, and performance management is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively across an organization
  • Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information, setting professional boundaries as needed
Responsibilities
  • Partner with PX leadership and functional leaders to prioritize and set strategic and operational goals for PX processes and programs that meet the changing needs of a growing, global SaaS business
  • Evolve the metrics and dashboards that the PX team uses to measure all aspects of employee experience, structure and change (e.g., engagement, ED&I, geographic mix, time-to-hire); help interpret data and identify early indicators of success or risk
  • Drive the innovation, enhancement and simplification of PX operations by tailoring processes and defining systems and automation strategies that deliver value and reduce the need for redundant processes
  • Collaborate closely with the company Business Technology teams to evaluate new software needs, ensure smooth integration and data feeds, and research and recommend upgrades or improvements to our systems
