Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Seven years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or a Finance Operations role, or five years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience designing, building, or deploying functional applications or workflows utilizing large language models and generative artificial intelligence agents.
Responsibilities
  • Transition finance operations processes to an artificial-intelligence-first approach by replacing legacy workflows with generative artificial intelligence and agentic workflows.
  • Partner with process and operations managers to re-envision and redesign processes with an artificial-intelligence-first mindset.
  • Design, build, and iterate on artificial intelligence prototypes to proof-test solutions.
  • Bridge technical gaps across Product, Engineering, and Finance by transitioning agile prototypes into scalable, enterprise-grade production systems.
  • Establish a future-proof Finance Operations architecture that integrates emerging artificial intelligence capabilities and maintains data governance and scalability standards.
  • Partner with key engineering teams to advance artificial intelligence across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy artificial-intelligence-driven solutions that replace manual workflows with intelligent, scalable automation.
  • Use artificial-intelligence-assisted development and low-code solutions to prove value and accelerate organizational adoption of artificial intelligence at scale.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to bridge technical potential and operational execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience designing, testing, and integrating application programming interfaces or other solutions to connect disparate systems.
  • Experience using Google's artificial intelligence ecosystem, including Vertex AI, Gemini, and Google AI Studio, alongside artificial-intelligence-assisted coding tools.
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language and using data pipelines to measure, analyze, and optimize system performance.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy compliance frameworks, and artificial intelligence guardrails.
  • A track record of optimizing business operations by replacing manual, legacy workflows with scalable technical infrastructure.
