- EPA 608 Universal Certification.

- Communicate with customers about system conditions, findings, and next steps.
- Adhere to safety requirements, Environmental Protection Agency standards, and internal company policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians when applicable.
- Experience with building automation system/direct digital control platforms.
- Factory certifications or formal training on major chiller manufacturers.
- Hands-on controls programming or commissioning experience.
- Prior experience in hospitals, industrial plants, or large-scale commercial buildings.
