Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of full cycle quota carrying direct sales experience and B2B sales
- 2+ years managing sales teams
- Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
- Experience managing individual contributors preferred
- Strong stakeholder manager who can effectively translate go to market strategies into commercial results

Responsibilities
- Drive a dedicated, high performing team and be held accountable for the sales forecast related to selling our Workplace & All Access products into the USC Accounts / Enterprise segment
- Mentor and coach a small team of Enterprise sales reports within the Workplace and All Access team
- Focus on pipeline generation, cultivate new business development opportunities, execute renewals and perform against quarterly targets
- Own and drive large Workplace & All Access pitches and transactions in collaboration with our Accounts sales reps
- Ensure deal pipeline is consistently up to date and provide timely forecasts
- Oversee Workplace and All Access related training / enablement, ensuring the USC Accounts team has adequate knowledge and understanding of both products
- Work closely with our Customer Success teams to provide unmatched customer service to members and ensure the best possible member experience
- Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate the Workplace value proposition in the context of the future of work
