Requirements
  • Must pass mandatory screening, including a background check and drug test.

  • Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and evening scheduling, and work varied shifts and flexible schedules in a 24/7 industry.

  • Requires 1–2 years of experience in a casino environment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at the neck for six or more hours per day.
  • Must perform repetitive hand movements, including simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching, throughout the shift.
  • May be exposed to excessive noise.
  • Must perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
  • Check paper cards for irregularities, replace cards when needed, place them in the shuffle machine, verify them by color, print a receipt or label, place them in the vault, seal them, and stock them for use.
  • Check plastic cards for irregularities, replace cards when needed, clean them, place them in the I-deal machine for suiting, verify them by color, place them in a box, label them, and stock them for use.
  • Work with one deck of cards at a time in a timely manner.
  • Use a cart to deliver and pick up cards.
  • When new games start, take the proper numbered box to the tables and ensure the tables are ready for use.
  • Retrieve decks from tables, help keep the room neat, and move chairs and tables as needed while on the floor.
  • Assist customers by answering questions or referring them to the appropriate person.
  • Keep the Card Control room attended at all times.
  • Ensure all cards are collected at all times.
  • Ensure all tables have cards ready for use or replacement at all times.
  • Immediately notify the Supervisor or Lead Floorperson of irregularities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Be available to work overtime when necessary.
