Job Description
As a Fleet System Manager with OMES you will enjoy:

Job Details
- Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
- Support the Capital Assets Management – Fleet team
- Salary is up to $70,794 based on education and expereince.
Responsibilities
- Maintain state vehicle fleet inventory database of vehicles in the fleet management system, (FMIS currently M5 Assetworks)
- Monitoring Administrative Reports, Analysis, Data Integrity, Metrics and Scorecards in various Fleet management systems
- Expand or implement system functionality to automate processes and data management between systems by way of both manual integrations and API.
- Develop, coordinate and conduct structured updates with messages and meetings with customers
- Provide systems support, use and related training and guidance to internal and external system users
- Functions as Administrator within each System providing appropriate user account access, modules, and data availability.
- Manage a team of Fleet analysts and systems administrators
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This position works in front of a computer for a large percentage of the work day.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related to operations, supply chain management, business, project management or statistics.
- Two years of experience in as management system administration (preferably a fleet management system), administering applications, databases, business analysis or project management.
