Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to operations, supply chain management, business, project management or statistics.
  • Two years of experience in as management system administration (preferably a fleet management system), administering applications, databases, business analysis or project management.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain state vehicle fleet inventory database of vehicles in the fleet management system, (FMIS currently M5 Assetworks)
  • Monitoring Administrative Reports, Analysis, Data Integrity, Metrics and Scorecards in various Fleet management systems
  • Expand or implement system functionality to automate processes and data management between systems by way of both manual integrations and API.
  • Develop, coordinate and conduct structured updates with messages and meetings with customers
  • Provide systems support, use and related training and guidance to internal and external system users
  • Functions as Administrator within each System providing appropriate user account access, modules, and data availability.
  • Manage a team of Fleet analysts and systems administrators
