Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize electrical systems and components for use in production line environments, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and ease of manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define the functional requirements and specifications of electrical systems, taking into account production constraints and manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and testing to validate the performance and suitability of electrical designs for use on production lines.
  • Develop and implement test regimens, hardware, and software to evaluate the functionality and performance of electrical systems during production.
  • Create detailed work instructions to guide the installation and assembly of electrical components in a production line. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve electrical issues or malfunctions encountered during production.
  • Work closely with software engineers to integrate software controls and interfaces into electrical systems, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility with production line processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, manufacturing technology, and automation systems, and apply this knowledge to optimize production line performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and guidance to support the successful execution of production line initiatives.
