Ownera integrates Prove's identity verification into SuperApps Platform for tokenized asset trading

Ownera, a UK fintech specialising in digital asset interoperability, has integrated Prove's identity verification and authentication solutions into its SuperApps Platform, making them available to all institutions on the FinP2P network. The integration addresses a critical bottleneck in tokenised asset markets, where onboarding a single institutional counterparty costs between $2,500 and $25,000 and takes an average of 90 days. Industry estimates suggest 30–50% of this spend represents duplicated work across custodians, transfer agents and trading venues. Prove's privacy-preserving identity infrastructure enables institutions to verify counterparties seamlessly across platforms and transactions. The SuperApp deployment means financial institutions can access these capabilities without requiring bespoke bilateral integrations, strengthening the network for all participants whilst maintaining institutional-grade security and compliance standards.

The platform includes three core components: Prove Key Management for adaptive authentication, Prove Identity Manager for proactive identity monitoring, and Prove Global Fraud Policy for advanced fraud protection. It is built on 12 years of authenticated identity history covering 90% of the world's digitally active adults. Prove has also expanded its agentic solution suite, embedding cryptographically signed consent into identity tokens. The platform now powers all of Prove's solutions and is trusted by 19 of the top 20 US banks.
