Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of B2B sales in advertising and media, with a proven track record of overachieving revenue goals.
  • Experience in navigating organizations’ decision-making processes to drive sales.
  • Experience in new business acquisition.
  • Skills: Superior presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Technical skills: Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, competitive, and forward-thinking with strong business and financial acumen.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Prospect local medium to large sized businesses to show the value of our suite of digital media products from Native content, social media, display, CTV/OTT, programmatic, SEO/SEM to traditional advertising; generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and prospecting, as well as staying aware of any new businesses opening in the area; own the sales cycle and have the support of the local Customer success team to aid in continued support post sale.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on our digital and traditional products/services; participate in first three weeks of hire training to be fully educated before going out on your own; receive continual learning and training to grow and achieve success as an Account Executive.
  • Execute sales tactics: Implement marketing strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion to consistently earn, retain and increase revenue.
  • Advertising Solutions: Create engaging advertising solutions to solve clients’ business needs.
  • Client Solutions: Recommend new products and promotional opportunities to current clients and handle objections efficiently; be a large part of the local business community and boost clients’ businesses through multiple digital media channels.
  • Forecasting: Manage client pipeline and monthly revenue forecast in Salesforce.com.
