Requirements
  • Master’s degree or equivalent advanced practice degree (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant)
  • 5-7 years of progressive management experience overseeing a transplant program
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and implement organizational changes as needed
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the transplant programs including renal, cardiac, liver, lung, pancreas, and multi-organ transplant programs
  • Oversee transplant program operations and ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Maintain full compliance with UNOS, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Joint Commission, and other state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Set strategy and direction for clinical teams and partner with physicians and surgeons on quality, cost, and compliance goals
  • Drive regulatory and performance improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, patient throughput, patient experience, and sustainable program growth
