Principle Responsibilities:

The Digital Program Manager reports directly to the Director, Systems Assurance and Administration within the Chief Digital and Information Officer’s organization. The role is responsible for supporting the Digital Team by managing cross functional projects ensuring a risk based and strategic objective focus. The role will interface and build relationships with key business stakeholders, including business owners, functional teams, colleagues, and suppliers to successfully execute projects. Additionally, the role will assist them in the Digital Governance process for reviewing and approving new projects.

Below is a list of principle responsibilities, specific assignments and activities will vary based on the priorities, needs, and project deliverables.

Management of projects across the Digital Organization ensuring alignment with risk-based requirements and strategic objectives. Monitor project financials.
Develop and maintain the Digital Organizations project roadmap.
Develop and maintain program plans and estimates.
Collaborate with the EPMO to manage resource capacity and coordinate larger company-wide cross functional efforts.
Determine needed program deliverables, responsible teams, schedule/timeline, critical path by deliverable.
Maintain Periodic review scheduling for both SOPs/Policies and Validation/Qualification packages.

Required Educations, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or above
Current Project Management Institute PMP certification
3-5 years of experience in project/program management or similar role
Experience associated with outsourced IT systems and Software as a Service
Supplier management experience
Working knowledge of regulations for computer systems validation and data integrity preferred (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, FDA/PIC Data Integrity Guidance)
Must have excellent attention to detail, time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Able to influence and work within a team environment.
