Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong outbounding experience
- 2+ year experience in cold-calling and sales/business development experience
- Have excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Software/saas experience or other related tech space business experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, or similar
- A skilled organizer and problem solver
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- This role is required to be in our Palo Alto, CA office 3 days a week at the minimum
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Productiv product and value proposition at all levels within organizations - Managers, Directors, VPs and C-Level
- Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries and personas
- Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers
- Weekly/regular communication and strategy with Account Executives to align on account and prospect strategy, partner and execute
- Complete a high volume of daily calls/activities to generate meetings
- Regular product training to understand how to build a strong sales muscle and perfect your pitch style
- Problem solving and organizing multi-faceted strategies with a customer-first mindset
