  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong outbounding experience
  • 2+ year experience in cold-calling and sales/business development experience
  • Have excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Software/saas experience or other related tech space business experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, or similar
  • A skilled organizer and problem solver
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • This role is required to be in our Palo Alto, CA office 3 days a week at the minimum
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Productiv product and value proposition at all levels within organizations - Managers, Directors, VPs and C-Level
  • Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries and personas
  • Contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process and team members to support the success of your peers
  • Weekly/regular communication and strategy with Account Executives to align on account and prospect strategy, partner and execute
  • Complete a high volume of daily calls/activities to generate meetings
  • Regular product training to understand how to build a strong sales muscle and perfect your pitch style
  • Problem solving and organizing multi-faceted strategies with a customer-first mindset
