Requirements
  • Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud is valued.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Customer service experience or capability.
  • The employee will be trained in front-of-house functions and the safety of the property and people.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of the hotel and welcome guests during the night.
  • Assist with the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments with setup for the next day.
  • Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure all charges are accurate and posted promptly.
  • Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Document internal and guest messages accurately.
  • Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Perform other duties requested by management and supervisors.
