Requirements
  • The role requires 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret and present data clearly.
  • The candidate must have experience with Google Analytics 4 and paid media platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, or tools such as SimilarWeb and Brandwatch.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Excel and have familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • The candidate must understand digital key performance indicators including click-through rate, cost per click, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lifetime value.
  • The candidate must have a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical and numerical skills and an interest in artificial intelligence.
  • The candidate must have advanced personal computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Own, optimize, and enhance routine channel marketing reports.
  • Analyze performance across paid social, search, display, affiliate, email, and customer relationship management channels.
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance-review dashboards.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across markets and campaigns.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing frameworks across creative, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Partner with channel managers to evaluate campaign effectiveness using return on investment, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Support email, social media, search, special projects, sales and promotions, and campaign-content A/B tests across markets.
  • Provide recommendations to improve media efficiency and customer quality.
  • Analyze customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
  • Support segmentation strategies and audience targeting using first-party data.
  • Contribute to customer relationship management and lifecycle marketing insights covering acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Support data-driven strategies to optimize customer experience and align with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Work with Google Analytics 4, advertising-platform dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Support data integration across customer relationship management, ecommerce, and media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards with actionable insights into optimization effectiveness and results.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and competitor activities to optimize ecommerce marketing performance.
  • Build relationships with ecommerce marketing, design, digital product, customer relationship management, trade, and brand marketing teams to align priorities.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute data-backed insights to strategic planning cycles.
  • Complete planners in a timely manner and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with global site merchandising and web production teams while aligning and sharing knowledge and data.
  • Collaborate with regional partners, share best practices, and identify growth opportunities while incorporating global considerations into discussions and decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail sectors.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce toolsets such as Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, Content Square, Syte, Bizarre Voice, and FullStory.
