Mission Manager, Senior
The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, a mission manager who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and provide high-quality mission support.
As a mission manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring that the task guidance is clear, communicating to the team responsible for completing the task, and tracking metrics. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission’s success. You’ll use discussions and workshops with leadership and fellow teammates to identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. You will take the initiative to highlight areas for improvement and recommend possible solutions. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward. Join us as we help our country’s national security.

You Have:
- 12+ years of experience with the military or IC
- Experience in engaging with senior government and military officials
- Experience in interacting with Senior Executive Service (SES) and Senior Military Officers
- Experience with developing strategic communications plans
- Experience with using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, executive officer, or requirements manager
- Experience with balancing competing requirements
- Knowledge of INDOPACOM AOR
- Knowledge of COLISEUM
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
