Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in college or university admissions, sales, public relations, corporate development, marketing, or another related field.
  • Ability to work daily from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Mountain Time and work a Saturday shift on a six-week rotation.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment goals and use proven educational enrollment techniques.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively as both a team member and an individual contributor.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Ability to sit at a desk, work on a computer, and conduct phone conversations for extended periods; occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds may be required.
  • Committed follower of Jesus Christ who believes in salvation through faith in his atonement on the cross by grace alone.
  • Ability to communicate personal faith effectively and apply biblical principles and convictions in the workplace, with a strong sense of calling to the ministry of Colorado Christian University.
  • Regular attendance and meaningful involvement in a Bible-believing evangelical local church; knowledge of the Bible and passion for Christian education.
  • Traditional evangelical Christian whose lifestyle is consistent with Christian principles, CCU's Statement of Faith, and its Strategic Priorities.
  • Willingness to work occasional irregular hours, including some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Share how a Colorado Christian University degree or program can transform prospective students through a Christian worldview emphasizing personal values and ethics in education, life, and work.
  • Apply proven marketing and inside sales techniques in a call center environment to attract students to Christian online higher education.
  • Explain to potential students how Colorado Christian University fits their educational goals.
  • Treat prospective students as customers and answer questions about their educational wants and needs at Colorado Christian University.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment goals by making or receiving calls from students or family members inquiring about educational programs, persuading them that CCU is a good fit, and explaining how faith can integrate with their lives and educational or career choices.
  • Measure and report student recruiting activities, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and task management within the customer relationship management system, to leadership daily and weekly.
  • Work effectively with College of Adult and Graduate Studies staff and faculty to establish and maintain working relationships within the university community.
  • Monitor actual enrollments daily against individual goals established by leadership and execute proven techniques to accomplish enrollment goals.
  • Function as part of a university-wide team focused on enrolling, retaining, and serving online adult and graduate students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
