  • Be flexible and occasional after-hours project work required
  • Actively participate in all projects / initiatives that either directly (laptop) or indirectly (backend) impact user experience
  • Help Install, configure, administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and support all internal users hardware (printers, mobile devices, laptops, and VOIP system) and software (operating systems and enterprise/non-enterprise applications)
  • Records IT issues, including troubleshooting steps taken, documents resolutions for future reference, and promptly responds to IT issues, as assigned
  • Provides timely and effective user support by remote or onsite assistance
  • Assists with management of user accounts, mailboxes, user folders, permissions, login scripts, and network group policies
  • Image laptops (MAC's & PC's)
  • Provides thorough troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer and network equipment, and may assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose hardware versus software problems
  • Specific to the Chicago office location may require to be onsite in the office 2-3 days per week or based on manager discretion and business requirements
