Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience working as a supplier quality or vendor development engineer
- Knowledge of supply chain management and vendor relations.

Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct audits and assessments of supplier capabilities and processes.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and production teams to address quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
