Beloform is seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to support and execute our internal and external communication strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to create cohesive messaging, assist with content development, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering clear communication that aligns with our clients’ strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications, including memos, press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all materials.
Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and client communications.
Maintain brand guidelines and assist with editing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Monitor and respond to communication-related inquiries and maintain records of communication activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or content coordination role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
