ABC Fine Wine & Spirits selects Solgari to strengthen internal support across its retail network.

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits selects Solgari to strengthen internal support across its retail network. Solgari will help ABC connect teams across its stores and offices, improve visibility of internal support conversations and create a stronger information base for future AI and analytics Orlando, Florida - 24th August 2026: Solgari, the Microsoft-native customer engagement platform, today announced that ABC Fine Wine & Spirits has selected Solgari to support a more consistent and responsive customer experience as the family-owned retailer continues to grow. Founded in Orlando in 1936, ABC has built a large retail footprint across Florida and is now entering a new phase of growth beyond its traditional home market with three stores now open in Colorado. With employees spread across stores, offices and support functions, keeping internal support simple and consistent becomes increasingly important as the organisation grows. ABC will use Solgari to support communication between its retail locations and internal teams, helping employees get the support they need more consistently across the business. For employees, the aim is straightforward: clearer access to support, better continuity when an issue moves between teams and less time spent repeating or reconstructing what has already happened. For the business, bringing those conversations into a more structured way of working will provide greater visibility into the support being requested across its locations. This will make it easier to identify recurring issues, understand where teams need help and improve how internal support is delivered over time. Solgari will support this within the Microsoft environment, helping ABC create a more consistent way for employees across its distributed estate to connect with the people and information they need. With all internal conversations being captured in a structured, usable form, they create an accumulating record of the questions, issues and knowledge moving through the organisation. That record can provide a stronger data foundation for future reporting, automation and AI, giving those tools useful organisational context rather than asking them to work from fragmented or incomplete information. As ABC continues to grow, the focus will be on keeping internal support simple for employees while giving the business better visibility into what its teams need and a stronger information foundation for what comes next.
