Responsibilities
  • Develop and design best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments
  • Participate in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects
  • Leverage Quest’s expertise in managing M&A technology transitions
  • Integrate Intune with existing systems and applications
  • Implement Quest solutions for identity and access management
  • Communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization
  • Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and provide a positive customer service experience
  • Submit daily hours billed to cloud-based project management software for time tracking
