Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with vendor trading systems like FlexTrade
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end trading lifecycle, including order capture & execution, allocation workflows, settlements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Functional knowledge of common investment systems and/or asset classes.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a business analyst and subject matter expert for vendor trading systems initiatives like FlexTrade. Partner with our investment team to ensure that we maximize value from our trading system partners.
  • Define requirements and trading workflows for new Trading System initiatives and drive the delivery of these solutions by collaborating with our vendors and internal technology teams.
  • Manage trading system implementations from system selection through launch. Ability to manage deliverables against tight timelines.
  • Contribute to the onboarding processes for new investment team members to our trading systems.
  • Oversee issue investigation and work prioritization with Trading systems vendors.
  • Collaborate with trading system partners on key initiatives, new business processes, new products, and assisting with troubleshoot of applications.
