  • A bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Systems, or another related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or related disciplines, including email or SMS marketing operations or digital agency support for email or SMS.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale marketing technology implementations, transformations, or adoption initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Hub, Amazon SES, or similar solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute communication, training, and enablement strategies that drive user adoption and operational readiness across cross-functional teams.
  • Regular and reliable job attendance.

  • Independent judgment in evaluating options and making sound decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement communications and outreach strategies tailored to target audiences, digital channels, and strategic objectives for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage the organization's digital properties and support the strategic direction of organizational digital platforms.
  • Optimize online channels against key performance indicators and make data-informed decisions.
  • Oversee content creation for various digital platforms.
  • Identify and document campaign strategies with multiple business units.
  • Provide analyses and recommendations on digital strategies aligned with organizational initiatives and goals.
  • Identify appropriate channels, design campaigns for varied business-unit objectives, track performance, and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with internal and external teams to increase brand equity and build affinity and engagement.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across the enterprise to enhance business-unit effectiveness on digital and social channels.
  • Track and measure results and key performance indicators and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Monitor digital trends and best practices to inform digital marketing strategies and support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Develop timelines to meet project commitments and ensure organizational and external-partner deliverables are completed on time.
  • Develop and maintain internal client relationships, understand objectives, and create plans to achieve them across channels such as email, SMS, and paid search.
  • Proactively surface new opportunities and resolve client challenges.
  • Identify suitable vendors and proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure successful completion of projects, obligations, and expectations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing enterprise email marketing operations, including governance, campaign execution standards, vendor or agency management, and performance oversight.
  • Formal training or certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR and/or project management frameworks.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization and influencing senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
