Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, quality, or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in QMS IT systems management, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of QMS IT systems, tools, and standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
  • Proven experience in QMS IT systems selection, implementation, integration, validation, and support
  • Experience with integration with PLM and ERP systems
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Passion for quality, innovation, and sustainability
Responsibilities
  • Lead the QMS IT systems strategy, roadmap, and execution aligning with objectives and priorities
  • Manage the QMS IT systems lifecycle, from selection, startup, integration, validation, training, support, to continuous improvement
  • Coordinate the business requirements, user feedback, and best practices for the QMS IT systems, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the IT team and the external vendors to ensure the QMS IT systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with IT policies and standards
  • Oversee the supplier quality, manufacturing quality, vendor selection, qualification, certification, scorecard, quoting, and integration processes for the QMS IT systems, ensuring that they are consistent, efficient, and effective
  • Monitor and report on the QMS IT system’s performance, quality, and compliance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the QMS IT systems team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
