Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven hands on experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results on time (Project Management Experience).
  • The ability to be agile in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to understand their data requirements and deliver relevant tables and insights.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of analytics tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations alongside your team, to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Establish and enforce best practices & quality for data management, including data governance, quality assurance, and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and engineering, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
