  • Previous Commercial experience, with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proactive, organised individual, able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Relevant degree (such as Law, Business, Economics) or some industry experience desirable
  • UK Citizenship required for this position
  • UK-Security Check (SC) clearance required
Responsibilities
  • Lead day to day contract management and administration activities for multi-million pound contracts.
  • Preparation for negotiation of contracts terms, licence terms, scope and pricing, recognising the risk trade-off, working closely with the relevant Commercial team members, Programme Manager, Business Development Manager, Finance Team and Supply Chain Lead and working within approvals
  • Manage the legal review of contract terms and conditions
  • Work with the wider Commercial team with higher value, complexity and strategically significant proposals and negotiations
