  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing leaders and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Oversee the recruitment, retention, and professional development of nursing personnel
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the nursing workforce
  • Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality patient care
  • Participate in strategic financial planning to support organizational growth and sustainability
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff, medical staff, and executive leadership
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, professional organizations, and community partners
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to maintain a competitive edge in nursing practices
