  • Actively engages with key stakeholders across teams, establishing trust, respect, and credibility.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; reads the room and pivots as required.
  • Articulates the product vision and helps the team understand the 'why' behind the requirements and strategy.
