Requirements
  • 5+ years in a sales role, preferably in retail
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Must be willing to travel - 3-4 weeks out of the month on the road
  • Physical labor will be required in the handling, training, and demonstration of our products
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel computer skills)
  • Bilingual is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with your team and the district KDMs to drive sales and gain shelf space in the stores.
  • Analyze your business, present to key decision makers provide business solutions
  • Build relationships with key store personnel, driving in-store sales through direct selling to customers in the aisles.
  • Managing our partnership with the Retailer Service Team to ensure servicing standards, providing occasional supplemental merchandising support to them as needed and the planning and execution of events throughout the year.
  • Aid in the development of your team and provide them the tools to grow their career and progress them into their next roles.
