Director, Xenium Catalyst Product Leader

We are looking for an experienced leader to establish and support a new offering at 10x to deliver proof of concept projects to ensure seamless adoption of our Xenium in situ technologies. This leader will be responsible for the success of the Xenium Catalyst program and will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, assignment of strategic prioritization, customer intake, and organization of customer projects. The successful candidate will have  previously led a product that involves services in a life sciences company with cross functional membership and closely worked with global commercial teams. Experience in a spatial biology commercial team will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a global professional service team consisting of Computational Biologists, scientists and project managers. 
• Communicate routinely with customers to intake projects, understand their needs, and work with R&D to project manage the customer experience
• Set the strategy and program objectives in alignment with the business objectives. Create and monitor KPIs to track performance.
• Set project prioritization criteria and interface with regional commercial teams to execute on set priorities.
• Ensure customer and stakeholder expectations are appropriately set and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with internal development and product management teams to deliver on the projects and establish mechanisms to loop feedback on product performance and areas of improvements.

Key Requirements

• BS or MS; PMP certification preferred
• Must have 8+ years of experience in professional services in the life sciences industry with at least 5 years in leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of interfacing with a variety of commercial and development stakeholders
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity to drive this new initiative for 10x
