  • Minimum 1-3 years operations/project management experience
  • Knowledge of project management and resource management systems (Monday.com and Workday experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience working directly with senior managers to present ideas, concepts and strategic direction to internal teams
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
  • Ensure client/project revenue and forecast are accurately and timely submitted
  • Ensure project budgets in Workday (ERP system) are aligned with revenue and billing schedules
  • Create, manage and reconciles 3rd party POs according to media plan
  • Manage media vendor accounting relationships
  • Liaise with accounts payable and finance, as needed
  • Serve as Local Admin of primary task/work management system, Monday.com
  • Partner with Regional Admin and Monday.com Product teams on new, available functionality and assist with identifying opportunities to implement at the local level
  • Lead the development of all rollout plans and training materials
  • Lead internal task force comprised of Project Managers
  • Serve as Super User and on the Key User Network for primary project/finance system, Workday
  • Attend all workshops and training sessions around new functionality and optimizations, and report back to Business Operations management on how to best rollout at a local level
  • Manage internal Workday support channel, assisting resources with various troubleshooting needs ranging from correcting timesheets to updating staff plans
  • Manage project staffing and resource forecasts on assigned client projects
  • Provide utilization & capacity reporting to leadership, identifying data trends & risk mitigation strategies
