Responsibilities
  • Support the Demand planning team on Data preparation for internal customer discussions during Consensus, S&OP, and S&OE meetings
  • Execute and upload Weekly demand reviews and make decisions based on Demand planner input
  • Ensure system data maintenance according to S&OP supply decisions
  • Monitor order entry and analyze demand signs and market trends
  • Manage, enhance, and support Finished Goods demand planning and forecasting systems
  • Assist and coordinate cross-functional actions in Supply Chain projects with focus on New Product Launches
  • Collect data from internal and external sources affecting demand
  • Obtain information on occurrences impacting demand like production delays
  • Gather updates on vendors, distributors, sales, and other stakeholders affecting demand
  • Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
  • Provide input to supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies
  • Refine systems and methods to improve forecasts and anticipate customer needs
