Over the course of our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, you will have the opportunity to rotate through 3-5 Infrastructure subgroups – including Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Project Management, Business Liaisons and Finance – before being placed on a team that matches your interests and DRW’s business needs. Upon program completion, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the business and have a “behind the scenes” look at how our trading functions work together cohesively.

You’ll start out by participating in our formal training program to sharpen your technical skills and understanding of market fundaments, propelling you to succeed in your rotations that follow.  Throughout each rotation, you’ll spearhead projects that allow you to understand each team’s work and how they collaborate to support our trading business. You will have visibility within both the front and back office and an opportunity to make a real impact throughout the organization.

You’ll be right at home if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Math or related field with a graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
• An interest in trading and technology
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in VB/VBA, SQL, and Python (not required)
• A strong sense of urgency and are process and detail oriented
• An adaptive and self-motivated attitude, enjoy challenges and significant responsibility, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments
