Requirements
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
  • A thoughtful and collaborative approach to problem solving, interest in or experience with lean, six sigma or other process improvement methodologies a plus
  • Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity - we are a small startup and are working on balancing the demands of business growth and platform reliability
  • Humility, resourcefulness, ambition, professionalism
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) a plus

Responsibilities
  • Make an immediate impact on provider experience by completing a project that will improve internal processes, build resources, or evaluate a potential new initiative
  • Partner with various leaders on the Provider Operations team to learn more about different career pathways within Operations
  • Experience mentorship and leadership coaching in the fundamentals of early career development
  • Learn more about data collection and deriving insights from data
  • Learn more about common corporate systems such as Salesforce and Google Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, mental health and the broader U.S. healthcare system is a plus
