Fortune Media and Great Place To Work(R) name unframe to 2026 Best Small Workplaces List. Larissa Schneider COO and Co-founder Published August 27, 2026 Great Place To Work(R) and Fortune magazine have selected Unframe for the 2026 Fortune Best Small Workplaces(TM) List. This is Unframe's 1st time being named to this prestigious list. Earning a spot means that Unframe is one of the best companies to work for in the country. "We are building Unframe at a pace that only works when people are genuinely invested in the mission, in each other, and in doing the best work of their careers," said Larissa Schneider, co-founder and COO of Unframe. "Culture is what makes that real. This recognition is a reflection of the team we are building and a conviction we hold deeply: that great outcomes for customers start with a great environment for our people." The 2026 Best Small Workplaces list is highly competitive. To determine the list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 30,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified(TM) companies with 10 to 99 U.S. employees. "For small- and medium-sized companies, leadership can make the difference between double-digit revenue growth and a flatlining business," says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. "Being recognized for high-trust leadership is a powerful predictor of future success, regardless of the market." Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Companies earned their spot by offering the most generous, caring, and innovative cultures to the largest possible number of employees in the organization, regardless of job role, work status, or any other demographic identifier. In June 2026, Unframe was also named to the Inc 2026 Best Workplaces List and recognized in the Artificial Intelligence & Data industry category. Unframe strengthens executive team with three senior appointments. Larissa Schneider COO and Co-founder Published August 6, 2026 Unframe has appointed three senior executives to accelerate its next phase of growth: Jonathan Pogact as Vice President of Marketing, Lior Hakimi as Vice President of Finance, and Chris Slovak as Global Field CTO. The hires come on the heels of a breakout year: $100 million in total contract value, 400% NRR, and $100 million in total funding. Each appointment addresses a distinct dimension of scale - brand and pipeline, financial infrastructure, and enterprise technical leadership - as Unframe moves from proving the model to building the organization around it. Jonathan Pogact joins as Vice President of Marketing. Pogact brings more than two decades of B2B marketing leadership, most recently as VP of Marketing at Seamless.AI, where he spent six years building the company's integrated marketing function. Before that, he held marketing leadership roles at Drips, Fathom, and Linkmedia 360, with a track record of driving pipeline and brand at scale across high-growth SaaS environments. "The numbers here are impossible to ignore - $100 million in TCV and 400% net revenue retention in less than twelve months," said Pogact. "But what made this decision easy was spending time with the founders and the team. The pace, the talent, the ambition, and the problems they're solving made it clear they're building something genuinely different. I'm here to help tell that story." Lior Hakimi joins as Vice President of Finance. Hakimi has spent fifteen years building finance functions at SaaS companies through the moments that stress-test them most - capital raises, acquisitions, and the jump from growth-stage to scale. At Optimove, he came in as Controller and left nearly seven years later as VP Finance, having scaled the function through a capital raise and two cross-border acquisitions. He went on to serve as CFO at both Browzwear and Onebeat. "I joined Unframe because, from my very first conversations with Shay and the leadership team, I saw a genuine customer obsession and a relentless commitment to delivering meaningful value," said Hakimi. "I strongly identify with the belief that technology should be measured by the impact it creates, not by the hype around it. Unframe is at the forefront of the AI revolution, but what truly won me over was the opportunity to join a group of people who put the customer at the center and consistently bring every conversation back to the tangible value AI can unlock." Chris Slovak joins as Global Field CTO, bringing nearly two decades of enterprise technical leadership to the role. Slovak spent eight years at Tealium as VP of Solutions Consulting, Global, working with enterprise buyers navigating some of the most complex data architecture decisions in the market. Before that, he held senior technical roles at Yahoo! and SearchForce - building the pattern of translating hard technical problems into clear business outcomes that define great field leadership. "The gap I keep seeing across enterprises isn't AI adoption, it's execution," said Slovak. "Organizations are generating more AI output than ever and still struggling to convert it into real business outcomes. Everyone is running pilots. Nobody is running transformation. Unframe is built to get the enterprise to commit to one use case that actually matters, build it end-to-end, prove it works, and watch every use case after get faster. That's the model I want to be part of." Unframe continues to invest in scaling every part of the business as demand for enterprise AI accelerates. The team is uniquely positioned to help more organizations worldwide succeed with enterprise-wide transformation. "Unframe has built significant commercial momentum in a short period, and these three appointments reflect what that demands," said Shay Levi, Co-Founder and CEO of Unframe. "Jonathan, Lior, and Chris each bring deep experience that is exactly suited to the stage we're at, and to the stage we're headed toward." As the team continues to grow, Unframe is hiring across multiple focus areas.
Unframe, a managed AI delivery platform for enterprises, has acquired Swish AI to strengthen its enterprise AI capabilities and expand its AI-native data infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2018, Swish AI specialises in applying AI to IT service management and operations, helping enterprises automate workflows and transform operational data into actionable insights. The company has raised over $20 million and serves IT teams at leading global organisations. The acquisition follows Unframe's announcement in May that it surpassed $100 million in total contract value within 12 months and secured $50 million in additional funding led by Highland Europe. Swish AI customers will gain access to Unframe's broader enterprise AI platform and expanded use cases across workforce productivity, knowledge management and customer service.
After raising $20 million, collapsed startup Swish.ai sells to Unframe for just $150,000. Enterprise AI company Swish.ai, whose customers included Coca-Cola and CyberArk, enters insolvency before a court-approved asset sale. 21:06, 15.06.26 Unframe, which develops an enterprise AI platform, is acquiring the assets of Swish.ai for approximately $150,000 after the Israeli startup entered insolvency proceedings. The Tel Aviv District Court approved the fast-track sale of the company, which operated in the field of enterprise IT service management and focused on developing AI-based solutions. The company was represented by attorney Idan Miller, head of Insolvency and Recovery at Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co. "The court granted the company's request, appointed a temporary trustee, and approved the sale within an unusually short period of just two weeks in order to prevent the company's collapse. The high-tech sector has recently experienced a wave of financial distress. The weak dollar is eroding revenues, while the security situation and high-interest-rate environment are making it more difficult to raise capital," said Miller. "The characteristics of technology companies, including the difficulty of retaining employees who hold critical organizational knowledge during periods of uncertainty, the immediate need to continue serving customers, and dependence on essential suppliers, mean that cash-flow difficulties can quickly lead to insolvency. "In a notable trend, the courts have increasingly intervened to facilitate rapid sales of distressed technology companies, often within unprecedented timeframes, in an effort to preserve their operations and assets." Swish.ai, founded in 2017 by Sebastien Adjiman and Arnon Yaffe, served major international customers including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Amdocs, and CyberArk, generating annual contract revenue of approximately $2 million. The company accumulated debts of approximately NIS 3.8 million ($1.3M), including obligations to Bank Hapoalim and unpaid employee salaries. In an affidavit submitted to the District Court, the company's executives stated that Israel's political and security challenges in recent years had significantly hampered their ability to raise capital from investors and international venture funds. Swish.ai had previously raised approximately $20 million. Unframe announced last month that it has secured a cumulative $100 million in contracts within just one year and that it raised $50 million in a Series B round led by Highland Europe, with participation from existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, TLV Partners, Third Point Ventures, Cerca Partners, and Vintage Investment Partners. The new financing brought the total amount raised by the company since its founding in 2024 to $100 million.
