  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR/communications, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years digital/social media experience
  • Experience working within large integrated teams, with deep project management and client relations management knowledge
  • Understanding of the social media landscape, as well as paid and earned media
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Clear and concise writing and editing skills
  • Quality and effective presentation skills
  • A detail-oriented approach to your work
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels
  • Comfort and confidence in high-pressure, high-leverage situations and addressing sensitive subject matters
  • A multi-tasker that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive self-starter who can manage up and down, with an eagerness to dive in and raise your hand for opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Manage and support day-to-day team needs for one of the most sought-after teams in the agency
  • Manage the day-to-day work of the Bridge, Golin’s real-time and relevance engine that offers trend analysis, media and consumer insights, and creative inspiration
  • Responsible for planning and managing the delivery of influencer risk assessments, leading a team of researchers, upholding brand safety standards and quality assurance
  • Provide basic client counsel on tactical matters with supervision and develop activity reports, weekly status update documents, and month-ahead plans
  • Manage client expectations by effectively addressing needs in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in how brands engage on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Work effectively in a large team environment and collaborate with people of all job levels
  • Develop timelines, budgets and staffing plans for all projects and ensure team adheres to them
  • Assist with account finances and managing the team’s time
