Requirements
  • You have 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing operations/automation/technology role
  • You have 2+ years experience of Marketo Admin experience
  • You are a creative thinker with a knack for deconstructing and solving complex problems
  • You have strong attention to detail, project management skills, and communication skills
  • You are passionate about enabling and supporting team members your
  • You are a Marketing Automation Expert (Program Execution, Integrations, Best Practices)
  • You have experience with Marketo, SFDC
  • Nice to Have experience: Looker, Bizible, Demandbase, Integrate, Sendoso, Splash, Goldcast, Hopin, or similar platforms
  • A strong contributor to team culture and alignment with Lattice values
Responsibilities
  • Create, templatize, and refine scalable processes and workflows that enable best practices in campaign management, automation, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing team leaders and program owners to scope automation and integration enhancements to create the best marketing user experience
  • Implement and manage marketing technology integrations to support creative, innovative, and scalable lead generation and event execution (e.g. Demandbase, Sendoso, Splash, Hopin)
  • Manage day-to-day campaign support, educate, and advise broader marketing team on best practices for audience segmentation, reporting, systems, and marketing tools to launch a successful program
  • Monitor and maintain data quality of our marketing database through data enrichment, hygiene, and persona segmentation
  • Create training materials and tools for knowledge sharing and internal education/training efforts
