Experience Level
  • A minimum of Associates Level degree, bachelor preferred
  • 2-3 years of project management, vendor management, maintenance experience, required
  • 1-2 years of space occupancy experience managing medium to large site moves, required
  • 1+ year of security experience, preferred
  • Previous experience creating and/or managing preventative maintenance programs required
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, preferred
  • Previous experience managing & maintaining vendor relationships
  • Able to communicate & collaborate effectively with members at all levels of the company
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete projects and objectives from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
  • Normal mobility, manual dexterity, and normal visual & auditory ability
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely utilize assisting devices for heavier projects

  • Maintains physical space by ensuring employees have a safe, clean, and functional environment
  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Track expenses, manage invoices, and manage maintenance site-level budget
  • Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems
  • Ensures assigned site systems & equipment is in proper working order and available for use
  • Performs routine interior walkthrough and site inspections to ensure Arrive's Standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld
  • Manages site security systems to include Access and CCTV systems
  • Performs routine exterior patrol via corporate UTV and transports equipment between offices (Austin Only)
  • Manages site Guest Reservation applications
  • Manages site Shipping & Receiving services and applications
  • Receives, manages, and processes Facilities tickets and requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Participates in emergency preparedness planning and ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility
  • Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed
  • Manages occupancy, assigns and tracks office space, completes team moves
  • Contacts outside vendors/contractors for specialized services and licensed repairs when required. Manage relationships with our vendors and coordinate all product offerings, deliveries, and payments. Leverage any existing vendor relationships to contribute to our build out!
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership by communicating regularly and proactively regarding any changes, questions, issues, and/or outstanding action items
  • Respond to & complete maintenance service requests as assigned
  • Other duties as the Facilities Manager and Leadership team assigns
