ProSidian Seeks a Sports Change, Growth & Transition Keynote/Guest Speaker | Sports And Athletics [ESC1V195] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices.
We seek Sports Change, Growth & Transition Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Sports And Athletics Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Sports Change, Growth & Transition Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Sports & Athletics Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Sports Change, Growth & Transition speakers—covering topics such as dealing with injuries and setbacks, transitioning from amateur to pro, navigating post-sports life, and supporting student-athletes—deliver expert-driven, motivational content designed to guide individuals through the evolving phases of athletic careers. Drawing from personal experience, performance science, and leadership development, these speakers help audiences understand the psychological, emotional, and practical challenges of athletic change while offering actionable strategies for resilience, reinvention, and success beyond the game. Through compelling storytelling and tailored insights, they inspire athletes, coaches, and organizations to embrace growth, manage transitions with intention, and align personal identity with evolving purpose on and off the field.
